    The Providers section of our website features the most up-to-date information such as the BlueCare Tennessee Provider Administration Manual which is updated quarterly. Also found here are newsletters, Electronic Data Interchange information, regulations, guidelines, along with provider education and resources.

  2. Make sure you have a current Ownership and Disclosure form submitted with BlueCare Tennessee.

  4. Update Your Office Location Changes:

    If you have moved, acquired an additional location or made other changes to your practice, call 1-800-924-7141 and choose “touchtone” Option 2 or say “Network Contracts or Credentialing” when prompted.

  5. Long onto BlueAccessSM for Claim Status and more:

    To review the status of your claims, you can log onto BlueAccess. BlueAccess also houses e-Health Services, Real Time Claims Estimation/Adjudication (RTCA), BlueCare Tennessee CHOICES Program Portal, Transparency Review – Physician Quality Information, Provider Ratings Review and additional Provider Services. If you have not registered for BlueAccess, click on the “Register Now” button. You can also e-mail the eBusiness Technical Support team at or call them at (423) 535-5717, Option 2.
