To review the status of your claims, you can log onto BlueAccess. BlueAccess also houses e-Health Services, Real Time Claims Estimation/Adjudication (RTCA), BlueCare Tennessee CHOICES Program Portal, Transparency Review – Physician Quality Information, Provider Ratings Review and additional Provider Services.
