No Referral Needed

You can see a behavioral health provider without a referral from your primary care provider. Check for network providers at Find A Doctor.

Primary Care Providers Can Help

Talk to your primary care provider about emotional or mental stress. They can offer screenings, recommend treatment and refer you to a behavioral health specialist. These specialists include psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, case managers, community health center providers or rehab program providers.

Peer Specialists

A peer specialist is someone in recovery who has been trained to help you succeed. We encourage you to ask your behavioral health specialist if there’s a peer specialist who can work with you.
