Addressing Tennessee's provider workforce needs
Along with TennCare, we collaborate with the University of Minnesota Institute on Community Integration and other Managed Care Organizations (MCOs) to address Tennessee's provider workforce needs. We're focused on developing and cultivating strategic partnerships to secure alternative labor pools, build workforce tools and resources for provider use, and offer services and training, facilitate connections, and advise on a variety of staffing and retention ideas. We're also available to help navigate alternative funding resources, among many other topics of assistance. We're here to discuss individual barriers and challenges to help develop strategies that address your unique needs.

Our team supports all provider types in our CHOICES and Employment and Community First (ECF) CHOICES provider networks. We work daily to locate new programs, resources and connections to support unique challenges that exist in each region. As a provider, you have dedicated Workforce Specialists available to assist you in meeting short- and long-term hiring and retention goals.
