How to get started
If you want to get personalized text messages from us, you'll need to opt in first. To get started:
- Click the button below to sign up for texts.
- Confirm it’s you by entering your Member ID, date of birth and phone number.
- Start to get texts from us. Most messages will include a link that takes you to a personalized channel with more info. There, you can view checkup reminders, important health info, benefit details and more.
Just make sure to tap the link in each text within 72 hours. Once you’re in your personalized channel, you can scroll through your message history to find older messages.
